Shipping Information:

Delivery prices are for orders of up to three pounds. Additional charges apply for larger orders.

All orders received by 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

We hand deliver to locations in Brookline and close cities surrounding our shop (Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Chestnut Hill , Newton.) Deliveries to all other locations are sent via UPS.

Please check all delivery addresses that you provide. UPS requires exact information. Customers are responsible for any charges incurred as a result of errors made in shipping due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. Charges include additional shipping/delivery charges, as well as the cost of replacement cookies/cakes in order to ensure the arrival of a fresh product.

For all hand deliveries to a building without a doorman, a phone number for the recipient is required. We will call ahead to be sure that someone will be home to accept the package.

We do our best to get every package to its intended recipient by the date promised. Unfortunately, there are occasional occurrences that are beyond our control that prevent that from happening. Tatte Fine Cookies & Cakes is not responsible for such incidences and appreciates your understanding.
